CYBERSECURITY

Cybersecurity is both a national security issue and an ever evolving threat that faces our clients on a daily basis.

The cyber threats range from sophisticated ransomware attacks to simply email phishing scams or social engineering efforts.  Companies of all sizes are the targets of these attacks and many companies are not even aware that they have been victimized.  Companies must work harder than ever to ensure that they protect their “crown jewels”, the intellectual property, corporate financial information, customer lists and marketing/business plans as well as employee sensitive and private personal information.

At Innova Law, we have the cybersecurity risk management capabilities that our clients need in today's world. Using government and industry best practices as a guide, we help our clients establish policies and processes that reduce risk without impeding business growth.   We represent clients ranging from startups to multinational entities and provide proactive, comprehensive advice on the most cutting-edge data management, security valuation and technology issues as digital law becomes more and more global, transcending the cybersecurity and privacy laws of any single nation.
