  • Performed gap analysis of GDPR, HIPAA, and VA compliance issues instrumental to remediating compliance challenges.


  • Developed and implemented data security protocols in response to cyber incidents that prevented unauthorized access within a multi-unit restaurant operation.


  • Coordinate large internal investigations for corporations covering employee conduct, fraud, criminal activity, and compliance or audit matters.


  • Serve as the national cyber and discovery counsel for national and global healthcare systems.
