  • Create training programs for management and employees covering a wide range of topics including sexual harassment, bias, data hygiene, email best practices and cyber threats.


  • Perform Litigation Readiness Assessments of our clients’ internal processes and work together to develop effective and compliance legal hold policies and processes as well as data collection and preservation processes.


  • Work with our clients and third party vendors to ensure that our clients are PCI-DSS compliant in all of their payment transactions with their customers. 


 

INTERNAL INVESTIGATIONS

  • Work with HHS, PCI, SEC, credit card issuers, etc., in advance of and during investigations regarding notification, investigation, response, negotiation, and penalty/fine mitigation.


  • Guide the identification and collection of data for internal investigations.


  • Guide the analysis of data collected to identify fraud, employee malfeasance and other sensitive investigation issues.


  • Frequently asked to develop and deliver C-Level Reporting of Internal Investigation findings and legal analysis.


  • Work together with Human Resources, Corporate Leadership and internal teams to create and implement polcies and plans for remediation of conduct and risk management.



  • Interface with law enforcement or human resources on curative action.
