• The complex technology frameworks that power today’s companies demand counsel that understands technology at a new level.  We assist our clients in documenting and negotiating all manner of technology transactions including global and EU specific data processing agreements, business associate agreements, master services agreements for cloud, communications, data and security services.

• The regulatory environment can be challenging for many businesses.  We work with our clients to respond to regulatory inquiries and subpoenas.  We thrive on working together with our clients to assess and ensure compliance with state, federal and international privacy and data security regulations as well as the myriad advertising, marketing, governance and regulated industry compliance requirements.

• Create training programs for management and employees covering a wide range of topics including sexual harassment, bias, data hygiene, email best practices and cyber threats.

• Perform Litigation Readiness Assessments of our clients’ internal processes and work together to develop effective and compliance legal hold policies and processes as well as data collection and preservation processes.

• Work with our clients and third party vendors to ensure that our clients are PCI-DSS compliant in all of their payment transactions with their customers. 

INTERNAL INVESTIGATIONS

• Work with HHS, PCI, SEC, credit card issuers, etc., in advance of and during investigations regarding notification, investigation, response, negotiation, and penalty/fine mitigation.

• Guide the identification and collection of data for internal investigations.

• Guide the analysis of data collected to identify fraud, employee malfeasance and other sensitive investigation issues.

• Frequently asked to develop and deliver C-Level Reporting of Internal Investigation findings and legal analysis.

• Work together with Human Resources, Corporate Leadership and internal teams to create and implement polcies and plans for remediation of conduct and risk management.



• Interface with law enforcement or human resources on curative action.
